Welcome to the Department of Estate Management. This department is dedicated to training professionals who will manage land and property resources effectively and sustainably. Our programme integrates core knowledge in real estate valuation, land economics, property development, facility management, and environmental stewardship. Students are exposed to the legal, financial, and technical frameworks that govern real estate practice, with emphasis on urban regeneration, property investment, and infrastructure development.
